To prevent this behavior, there is a Collect System ID property in the UnixAgent configuration that can be disabled.
From the Navigation Panel:
- Open Dashboards | Administration | Agents | Agent Status
- Select the agent for the affected host
- Click on Edit Properties (this required a click on Edit then Edit Properties in earlier versions)
- Click on Modify the private properties for this agent.
- Set Use native collector (if available) to False
- Click on Save.
