Alarms based on rules "New invalid ..." are not raised for the invalid object after an Oracle agent starts up
原因
Simple rule alarms (new invalid alarms) will not be raised when the following scenarios occur:
A new invalid object is created on a new schema (for the first invalid object).
If the difference of the total invalid objects had not been changed (such as fixing an object and creating another object, this maintains the same delta value).
解决办法
Invalid objects are not collected when they first appear, only their second appearance causes Foglight for Oracle to fire an alarm.
