SQL Text is not seen for the blocking session in Oracle SQL PI

When a blocking condition is present in Oracle monitoring the SQL text is only displayed for the blocked query, but not for the blocking one. This is seen in both SQL PI (Blocking History tab) and Activity | Locks dashboard.
原因
SQL PI cannot capture the SQL Text for a blocking session.
解决办法

STATUS Defect ID FOG-3721 has been fixed in the 7.3.2.10 and higher versions of the Oracle cartridge.
