Unable to see licenses in the FE Licenses Overview dashboard (4376708)

Evolve licenses are installed, but when attempting to review usage from the FE Licenses Overview dashboard, message There Is No Data To Display is displayed.

The Foglight Management Server (FMS) logs shows the following error:
