fglcmd topology:blackouts does not honor the "where" condition filter
说明
When using fglcmd command line to list all the objects with blackouts, the "where" condition does not work when specifying the name or pattern of name of the blacked out object.
For example:
fglcmd -usr foglight -pwd foglight -cmd topology:blackouts -query "Host where name = 'myhost'"
OR
fglcmd -usr foglight -pwd foglight -cmd topology:blackouts -query "Host where name like 'myhost%'"
Instead of showing object matching the name pattern, objects of all topology types are listed
