Notification channel does not allow email addresses longer than 58 characters.

When attempting to add a new contact with valid email address that exceeds 58 characters, the form displays "This field must have at most 58 characters".

This issue has been logged as defect FOG-8318 and has been fixed in the 7.3.0 and higher releases of Foglight.
