Foglight common code unable to access files with unicode characters -

The FglAM can encounter an error like the following when attempting to create a log file for an agent that contains unicode characters:ERROR [FglAM:IncomingMessage[5]-96] com.quest.common.io.NativeFile - Could not obtain native file information from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Quest\Foglight Agent Manager\state\default\logs\fb8be857-fbcf-4747-973d-295a8570e581\DB_SQL_Server\7.1.0.10\DB_SQL_Server\英語_2023-11-08_163324_001.log java.io.IOException: Could not retrieve attributes for : The system cannot find the path specified. -
解决办法
WORKAROUND
Contact Support for hotfix HFIX-438 for the Foglight Agent Manager to fix this issue.
STATUS
This issue has been logged as defect FOG-7541 and has been fixed in the 7.3.0 and higher releases of the Foglight Agent Manager. -
