How is Enterprise Reporter licensed?

There is one install for Enterprise Reporter which installs all the ER modules, however each module is licensed individually. The different modules, and how they are licensed, are:

1. ER for Active Directory, licensed by the total number of enabled user objects in the domain
2. ER for Exchange, licensed by the total number mail enabled mailboxes in the Exchange Organization
3. ER for File Storage Analysis, licensed by the total number of enabled user objects in the domain
4. ER for SQL Server, licensed by the total number of enabled user objects in the domain
5. ER for Windows (includes Computers, Registry and NTFS), licensed by the total number of enabled user objects in the domain
6. ER for Office 365
