Workaround:
Return to the main "Database Content Wizard" window, and select "Advanced Settings" in the bottom right hand corner.
Increase these times gradually, up to one hour.
If the clean tasks still time out, you can keep trying, as it is gradually purging data, but reaching the timeout.
If you can not successfully purge this data after several attempts, it is likely related to the transaction log file on the database server growing too large for the disks, due to the size of the data that is being purged.
