RUU Installation fails with "Error 1001. The specified service already exists" (4041462)

1. It happens during Installation of RRU.
2. The Core Service is already stopped and Start up Type is set to Manual.
3. Have already followed all recommended steps on Upgrading a PowerVault DL4000 Appliance KB https://support.quest.com/appassure/kb/130949
4. "Dell Storage Management Web Service" is stopped.
5. On Windows Application Logs found this

MSInstalled Error Event ID 11001 and Error 1002
Product: Dell Storage Management Web Service -- Error 1001. Error 1001. The specified service already exists

the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table

The specified service "Dell Storage Management Web Service" already exists.

A workaround is to run this command in an *Elevated* Command Prompt and installation will complete successfully:  sc delete "srm web service"
