Exchange 2010 MailTips are not available for Stub Objects

Outlook does not display MailTips for users in other Branch Forests.
原因
Mail Tips such as "Out of Office" etc are populated by the properties of a users mailbox. Collaboration services only creates an actual mailbox for the stub objects when using calendar syncronizations, and even then only attributes of the AD object are replicated and poplulated on the stubs. All Out of office notifications etc are handled by Exchange in the users Home forest.
解决办法
Due to the product design Mail Tips will not be available for stub objects.
