When connecting Collaboration Services to Exchange 2013/2016 with Outlook 2013/2016 32bit the Mailbox Test fails with 80040111
You also see the following error in the Events Node in the QCS console:

To resolve this issue, download and install/upgrade Collaboration Services 3.9.0 or later

1. Open regedit on the QCS machine navigate to
2.HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Aelita\AelitaCollaborationServices\RpcHttpProxy
Note: if RpcHttpProxy is not there, create it (new key)
3. Under RpcHttpProxy add a new string named RpcHttpProxyServer
4. For the value enter the FDQN of your mail server that does not have certificate errors should you visit OWA from the QCS machine using the FQDN/OWA address.
E.g. mail.company.com
5. From within the QCS console, right-click Collaboration Services | Properties
6. Under Exchange Server, type in the FQDN of your mailserver that you added to the registry and click Test.
