Can Change Auditor audit IBM Spectrum Scale file system (previously known as GPFS) mapped volumes from a Windows Server in a similar way as EMC and NetApp storage solutions?

Currently unsupported, the Enhancement Request ID was logged to be evaluated by the product team:
496029 - As a CA Admin would like to have the ability to audit IBM Spectrum filesystem type (GPFS) and not NTFS only
There is no ETA yet.

File System Auditing is compatible and works as long as the target drive or share is mapped on a Windows Server that can have the Change Auditor agent installed. See the instructions with a video below for more information:

NOTE: A license to audit Windows File Servers is required. You should contact your Quest Account Manager to request this license if you don't have it.
