Difference between Managed person and Enabled metric Change Auditor licenses.

原因
There are two types of licenses: managed person and the enabled metric one. Enabled metric type allows to see how many seats used. There is no way to find how many seats used within the managed person type.
解决办法
Enabled metric license type work by the total number of all “enabled accounts", regardless if the account is an actual person or if it is just a service account or test account.
Managed person license type work by the client telling at the time of purchase how many real people are there in the Active Directory. Client then pays only for the number of real users that exist.
That would be why seats aren't counted within a managed person license due to the fact that the LDAP query used to calculate used licenses looks for all enabled user objects. There is no universal method for querying AD to determine how many real humans exist in AD. Also, if the client needs to convert from the managed to an enabled metric license type, they need to reach out to the Account Manager.
