After 7.2 Upgrade of Web Client , it is crashing and giving error : Index was outside the bounds of the array (4256443)

While upgrading our 7.0.3 CA platform to 7.2, Coordinator and Client upgraded successfully with no issue. However, we see an issue with the 'Quest Change Auditor Web Client (x64)' as the Wizard crashes during install. Created a verbose log and located the issue

Property(S): Exception = Message: Index was outside the bounds of the array., Exception: System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.

at CustomActions.WiX.WebClientAction.<>c__DisplayClass9_0.b__0() at CustomActions.WiX.WebClientAction.InvokeAction(Session session, Func`1 action, Func`1 error, ActionResult failureResult) 

Please uninstall the old Web client, go to ...\ProgramFiles\Quest\ChangeAuditor\Web client.. and remove thi folder.

Please re-install the web client and issue will be resolved
