After upgrading to AA 8.6.2, audit agents keep disconnecting/connecting (disconnect for about 10 to 30 minutes) and these notifications, "The SLAgentSvc is experiencing problems writing data to the database/ The SLAgentSvc has restored its connection to the database" are being generated.
原因
This issue has been identified as a defect. After an update of the code, the connection strings for the audit agents in 8.6.2 cannot communicate through SQLNCLI11 in an environment where the SQL client 11 is necessary.
解决办法
The defect ID is VSTS000396893 and the fix will be present in the next upcoming patch for AA .
