Errors when trying to connect to the AA server using a console installed on a different machine: No such host is known -

The following errors may occur when trying to start the Active Administrator console on a workstation:
"Critical Error: Unable to establish a connection with the server. No such host is known"
OR
"Unable to establish a connection with the server. The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found"Turning off the firewall did not resolve the issue. Verified that the correct ports are open and can actually see a connection is being made between the desktop and the server on port 15600.
