SRV record is not registered in DNS (4245838)

This alert is based on best practice for the primary DNS server for a domain, Active Administrator does not know which DCs are being used for the main DNS so the criteria is applied to all DNS servers.

Disable this alert where it is unnecessary

1. In the AA console navigate to "AD Health -> Agents" and  select the "Monitored Domain Controllers" tab
2. Select a DC from the child domain. Right click the DC and choose Settings -> Domain Controller
3. find the "Compare SRV DNS records with netlogon.dns file" collector. Right click this and go to settings and uncheck "Enabled".

This will stop the collector and associated alerts for that DC. This can be applied per DC, or "Apply to all" can be selected which will set this for all monitored DCs in all domains, including the parent domain.
