Recurrence pattern not working as configured (4047236)

Full backups are configured to run every <day of the week>, but runs on various days of the week.

Retention Policy set as follows:
Savepoint Count = 7
Space Saving Technology = Incremental
Threshold Count = 6

Recurrence Schedule set as follows:
Recurrence Pattern = Daily
Every = 1 day
Range of Recurrence = <Friday date>

Typically, if a backup failure occurs during the retention schedule, the result will be that the day that the Full is expected to run will change.

vRanger is dependent on the successful completion of Incremental/Differential backups to reach the specified threshold and trigger the next Full backup. vRanger is not tied to a calendar, rather successful, sequential backups.

To maintain a desired schedule where the Full backup runs on a specified day, after a backup failure occurs, address the issue causing the failure and re-run the backup. If possible, re-run the back up the same day as the failure to maintain the daily schedule.
