When running a vRanger backup, the backup job fails with the following error message:
Error message: vRanger has encountered a problem. The exact error message was: This SqlTransaction has completed; it is no longer usable. If you cannot resolve this problem on your own contact the Vizioncore support team to advise you on the resolution.
Scheduled backup jobs do not run.
Communication between the vRanger service and the SQL server hosting the vRanger database was broken or terminated. The vRanger service was unable to re-establish connectivity.
Please try the following:
1. Reboot the vRanger computer
or
1. Stop the 3 vRanger services
2. Restart the SQL Server service
3. Start the vRanger service first, then FLR, then API
