If you are connecting to the vRanger machine via RDP when installing vRanger, some vRanger compnents required for FLR may be installed in an unexpected location. This failed installation will cause the components needed for FLR to be unavailable when requested by vRanger.
You will see the FLR tasks to freeze while displaying "Loading...."
Using RDP creates a separate sub-folder in the temp for the tools, and the vzbin folder containing vznwinio.exe is not always created correctly. This cause the FLR attempt to get stuck at "Loading.... " , and no additional activity is seen from the FLR task.
Workaround:
If this occurs, log out of your RDP session (do not simply exit), and reconnect. vRanger will reinstall the required tools
