Replication fails with "Failure retrieving resource information from API. (Object reference not set to an instance of an object.)"
Description

It is observed that the Replication fails immediately after the job is initiated with:
"Failure retrieving resource information from API. (Object reference not set to an instance of an object.)"
Cause

Source VM has been migrated to a different host. Replication job in vRanger is referring to the original source host that the VM was on, making it not visible to vRanger.
Resolution

Migrate the source VM back to the host vRanger is referring to in the Replication.
Run the Replication again.
