Restore fails with message: "An internal error occurred during execution, please contact Quest support if the error persists. Error Message:"
Notice that there the useful portion after the words "Error Message:" is blank
1. Download the full installation of vRanger from the vRanger web site.
2. Make a note of the account that is used by the vRanger services.
3. Uninstall vRanger. When asked if you wish to perfom a complete uninstallation, select "No."
4. Delete the vRanger directory under C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software.
5. Delete the vRanger directory from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Quest Shared.
6. Right-click the vRanger full installation download and select "Run as Administrator." Provide the information requested.
