1.Stopped vRanger services
2. Open up vRanger Pro DB with SQL Mgmt. Studion
3. Locate DB Table called "Inventory Source Connection" table and change esxi hosts entries to "true" for is deleted column save those changes.
4. Start vranger services ( vRanger service, API, & FLR)
5. Add ESXi hosts into vRanger
