Full backups complete successfully however Differential/Incremental passes fail with 2436 - Invalid uuid format

Cause
Corrupt or missing savepoints.

Resolution
Remove the backup job, or Exclude the problem vm from the job if part of a larger job. Create a new job just for the vm having the issue.
You will need to manually remove any savepoints from the My Repository view that were created using the old job.
