The following error is returned when running the Lync Server health tests.
Failed to connect to remote PowerShell.
Failed to connect to Lync pool LYNC_POOL_NAME using remote Power Shell. Exception: Processing data from remote server failed with the following error message: Not authorized to create runspace because there are no cmdlets in any user role. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

Cause
The account used to run the Lync Server health tests does not have permissions to run the cmdlets.

Resolution
Add the account used to run the Lync Server health tests to the CsViewOnlyAdministrator group in Active Directory.
