Yes. Spotlight on Messaging 7.9 does support Exchange 2010 SP3 RU6 except for a problem with the Exchange Queue Health test.
For the Exchange Queue Health Test to complete successfully the test credentials must be added to the Organization Management group instead of the View-Only Administrator group.
