Implemented Optimals Page
This page (if it appears) displays a list of all previously implemented values of SPIN_COUNT. You can choose to restore SPIN_COUNT to one of those values. The page appears when at least one optimization has occurred. It contains a list of parameters returned by the optimization process.
To open the Implemented Optimals Page
- Select the Spotlight on Oracle connection in the Spotlight Browser.

Click Tuning | Latch Page | Implemented Optimals.

The percentage of available time that the CPU is busy (in both user mode and kernel modes) for the spin count under the workload pattern. |
