The number of agents waiting on a lock. You can use this value in conjunction with the Current statistic to determine the percentage of applications waiting on locks. When this percentage is high, applications might encounter concurrency problems. If concurrency problems arise, you should identify applications that are holding locks or exclusive locks for long periods of time.
