Lock Status

The internal status of the lock. Although it might appear that the application already has the lock, the application might be trying to obtain a different type of lock on the same object.

The lock status can be either of the following states:

  • Granted state ¾The application has the lock in the state specified by the Lock Mode value.

  • Converting state ¾The application is attempting to change the currently held lock to a different type. For example, the application might be trying to convert a share lock to an exclusive lock.
