Auto Attendant General view

To display this view, enable the UM Auto Att General Group in the Unified Messaging Detail section of the Metrics Management dashboard. When this collection group is enabled, this view is added to the Unified Messaging views on the Roles navigation tab in the Exchange Explorer dashboard.

This view displays general metrics for the Unified Messaging auto attendant on the selected Exchange server, which are gathered when the UM Auto Att General collection group is enabled.

Percent Successful Calls. This counter shows the percentage of successful auto attendant calls.

Average Call Time. This counter shows the average length of time that callers interacted with the auto attendant.

Average Recent Call Time. This counter shows the average length of time of the last 50 auto attendant calls.

Auto Attendant Transfers view

To display this view, enable the UM Auto Att Transfers Group in the Unified Messaging Detail section of the Metrics Management dashboard. When this collection group is enabled, this view is added to the Unified Messaging views on the Roles navigation tab in the Exchange Explorer dashboard.

This view displays transfer metrics for the Unified Messaging auto attendant on the selected Exchange server, which are gathered when the UM Auto Att Transfers collection group is enabled.

Ambiguous Name Transfers. This counter shows the number of times callers were transferred to the operator because the name that they specified or spoke was too common in the search results.

Disallowed Transfers. This counter shows the number of times a caller was transferred to the operator because the user they identified was configured to accept calls only from users who are logged on.

Operator Transfers. This counter shows the number of calls that have been transferred to the operator.

Operator Transfers Requested by User. This counter shows the number of times that a caller to the auto attendant has asked to be transferred to an operator.

Operator Transfers Requested by User from Opening Menu. This counter shows the number of times that a caller to the auto attendant has asked to be transferred to an operator while at the opening menu.

Transferred Count. This counter shows the number of calls that were transferred by the auto attendant.

Cached LDAP Searches/sec view

This embedded view is part of the Exchange Server AD Health view, which appears when an individual Exchange Server is selected in the Exchange Infrastructure on the Exchange Explorer. Select the AD Health navigation tab.

This view displays the following metrics for the selected Exchange server.

Cached LDAP Searches/Sec. This graph charts the number of LDAP search requests issued per second. It provides a comparison against the fatal, critical and warning threshold levels.

Clicking the graph in this view displays a metrics popup that describes the counter, provides more detailed data points, and lists current alarms for the selected metric.

CAS AB Load view

To display this view, enable the CAS AB Load Group in the Client Access Detail section of the Metrics Management dashboard. When this collection group is enabled, this view is added to the Client Access views on the Roles navigation tab in the Exchange Explorer dashboard.

This view displays CAS Address Book load metrics for the selected Exchange server, which are gathered when the CAS AB Load collection group is enabled.

NSPI Connections Current. This graph charts the number of NSPI clients currently connected to the server. It provides a comparison against the computed average for the specified time interval.

Connections and Requests/sec. This graph charts the following metrics over the specified time interval:

NSPI Connections/sec. Shows the number of NSPI client connections established to the server each second.
NSPI RPC Requests/sec. Shows the rate at which NSPI requests occur each second.
Referral RPC Requests/sec. Shows the rate at which referral requests occur each second.
