Flash Cache Write Complete Waits Alarm

The Flash Cache Write Complete Waits alarm is raised when the ratio of write complete waits: flash cache to DB time exceeds a threshold. This alarm shows that sessions are trying to update a block that is currently being written to flash cache. A high rate of write complete waits: flash cache indicates that writing to the flash cache is delaying sessions from performing updates.
