Description:	Extracts a substring from a string.
Parameters:	String-Characters enclosed in a quotation marks. nStart-The starting character position. nLength-Number of characters to return.
Syntax:	$BFMid(string, nStart,nLength)
Example:	$BFMid("sunshine coast", 3, 5) ; returns "shine"
