The Excessive RBS Activities alarm occurs when there are high rollback extent/shrink/wrap activities.

The most common reasons for excessive rollback activities are:

The initial extent of the RBS is too small.
The minimal extent of the RBS is too small.
The optimal size is too small.
There is a large and long-running transaction.
