To create a custom filter

Select DNS | DNS Event Logs.

Select the DNS server from the list, or click to add a DNS server, if necessary. See Adding managed DNS servers.

Click Filters.

Click Add.

Type a name for the filter.

Select the type of events to filter.

Define the filter.

Click OK. The custom filter is applied automatically.
