When trying to perform an object restore/ undelete with the RMAD Portal it fails with the following error message.
Error Message: The request cannot be processed. Error occurred while opening database. Details: Cannot access file, the file is locked or in use.
Lack of permissions.
Resolution:
Provide the current account running the "Quest Recovery Manager Remote API Access" service Full Control permissions to the selected "unpack backup folder".
The selected "unpack backup folder" can be verified on the RMAD console.
On the left panel, right click on the RMAD > select Settings > click on the Unpacked Backups tab > Verify the folder specified.
