License counts non user accounts - SCCM Out of Band Management Objects.
Description

SCCM publishes OOBM objects to Active Directory, these are not user accounts but the license count registers them as such.
Cause

The OOBM objects that SCCM publishes to Active Directory are counted like user objects because they have "samAccountType=805306368" and the code "805306368" is User AD.
Resolution

This has been logged with Defect ID TF00201228.
