The Rapid Recovery core service process crashes when virtual export is forced for multiple agents simultaneously. -
Cause
This issue is known defect D-35159. -
Resolution
STATUS
This issue fixed in version 6.1. The latest version of Rapid Recovery can be downloaded from the Download Page here.------------
A patch is available to resolve this issue in Rapid Recovery 6.0.2. Please contact support to receive the patch.
This defect will be fixed in the next release of Rapid Recovery.
