CoreBackgroundJobsSenderService failed to initialize after upgrading to 6.2.1 (4043793)

Core console is displaying the following error:

And the AppRecovery.log has the following entry:

1) Stop core service - How to stop the core service?

2) Open up Windows Regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AppRecovery\Core\CoreBackgroundJobsSenderService

3) Save (right-click/export) the CoreBackgroundJobsSenderService and delete it

4) Start the Core Service

5) The key is now recreated and CoreBackgroundJobsSenderService running
