Description
When attempting to force contact to the license portal you receive a popup error: "Unable to contact licensing server"
Communication with the license portal failed.
Logging on to the license portal shows the server did contact the portal successfully, but the returned confirmation did not register on the core.

Cause
Browser pop-up blockers and screen filters can cause the confirmation to be blocked. -
Resolution
Disable pop-up blockers and screen filters on your browser and retry the operation.
