Title
Agent metadata is not available with "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." after upgrade -
Description
After upgrading Core and Agents from a previous build to 6.1, Agent metadata for SQL and Exchange Agents do not display on the Agent Summary page. Instead of the normal summary information the Summary page displays "Unable to get details for "AgentName". Verify that "AgentName" is powered on, connected to the network, and the Data Protection | Rapid Recovery Agent service is running."

Cause
Information displayed on the Agent Summary page is derived from metadata gathered by the Agent on the protected machine. In some environments we have found the metadata is not gathered correctly after upgrade. R&D is trying to identify the exact reason this affect some environments. -
Resolution
The issue is resolved in version 6.1.1. The latest version of Rapid Recovery can be downloaded from the Download Page here.
