In certain circumstances, it may be a business requirement to change the Web Server Port used by the Rapid Recovery Core.
Resolution
On the Core UI go to : Settings - General - Web Server Port
Change the port number to your required port. (It will not show automatically on the UI)
Change the port number shown in the address bar to match the changed port number and refresh
Run a repair of the Core to enable the Core Console Icon on your desktop to use the newly edited port number.
Alternatively, you can manually edit the port number in the address bar, or create a new shortcut by copying the address bar containing the new port number to be able to access the UI.
Your Request will be reviewed by our technical reviewer team and, if approved, will be added as a Topic in our Knowledgebase.
