Repository free space status incorrect after deleting recovery points
Description

Removal of recovery points completed successfully but the free space on the repository is not reflecting the reclaimed space.
Cause

Deferred delete - (improving of cleaning up free space logic ) is a feature that is implemented to release builds 5.4.1 and higher.

Deferred delete ('Deleting index RPFS file') is background system job that starts just after deleting recovery points job is performed.

This needs to complete fully before the reclaimed free space will show in the repository.
Resolution

Please check whether deferred delete jobs were performed.

From the core GUI | Core Events Tab | Tasks | Service job filter.

If the deferred delete failed or wasn't performed please contact Support regarding this issue.
