Description
A background job of type 'DownloadExchangeDllsJob', summary 'Downloading Microsoft Exchange libraries from the protected machine 'MACHINE_NAME'', has failed. Unauthorized Access Exception Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\AppRecovery\Core\CoreService\MR\E20XX\ese.dll' is denied (where E20XX represents the Exchange version).
If issue is found in Rapid Recovery, you will notice that the error will state that it cannot access path 'C:\ProgramData\AppRecovery\ExchangeLibraries\Exchange20XX\ese.dll' (where Exchange20XX represents the Exchange version).

Cause
The Core cannot update the Exchange DLL files located in 'C:\Program Files\AppRecovery\Core\CoreService\MR\E20XX' (E2007, E2010, E2013)In the case of Rapid Recovery Cores, the Exchange DLL files are located in ''C:\ProgramData\AppRecovery\ExchangeLibraries\Exchange20XX' (Exchange2007, Exchange2010, Exchange2013) -
Resolution
To resolve the issue manually browse to 'C:\Program Files\AppRecovery\Core\CoreService\MR\' on the AppAssure core server and rename the EXXXX (where XXXX represents the version of your Exchange server) directory. During the next backup another attempt to download the DLL files will be made and should be successful.For Rapid Recovery cores, you would browse 'C:\ProgramData\AppRecovery\ExchangeLibraries\' and rename the Exchange20XX folder (where Exchange20XX represents the version of your Exchange server). Once the agent gets another backup, the DLL download attempt should be successful.
