Teams error: Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation
Description
Trying to re-migrate a Team after some channels were missing in the target. The migration fails with error: Provision List 'Documents' - Failed, Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation.
Cause
a) Archived Team re-migration is not supported (Need to unarchive it before Migration)
or
b) Source Team SharePoint Site is locked
Resolution
a) Re-activate the source Team then re-migrate.
b) Unlock the source SharePoint Site as instructed here.
