Description
In order to manage the Office 365 cloud environment, Microsoft implements "throttling policies" to limit the amount of resources that are consumed by any one individual or process. On Demand Migration (ODM) is designed to migrate as much data as possible in as short amount of time as possible. ODM will likely start bumping into Office 365 throttling policies during the migration, which will cause reduced migration throughput and performance.
