Title

Description
Attempting to migrate users OneDrive data and the following message is displayed on the Events tab.
"Either scp or roles claim need to be present in the token."

Cause
Consent has not been granted within On Demand Migration (ODM) to allow for OneDrive migrations, or the source and/or target migration administrators are not Global Administrators in their respective tenants. -
Resolution
To migrate OneDrive data the following permissions are required as detailed in the On Demand Administration Guide.
- Granted “Migration - Resource Processing for SharePoint Online” consent
- Global Administrator - Both the source and target migration administrators (Configure Connections in the Accounts project) will need to be Global Administrators in their respective tenants.
To grant consent perform the following actions when logged into ODM.
- Login to the ODM portal
- Click Tenants on the left navigation bar
- Click Go on the source tenant
- To the right of "SharePoint" click Grant Consent. (You will be prompt for the admin credentials for this tenant in order to grant consent).
- Grant the consent for the target tenant using the above steps
