ODM AD: Organization Unit OU is greyed out and unable to be chosen in Workflow
Description

Unable to check Organization Units (OU's) in the new or existing workflow. The checkbox is greyed out.
Cause

Possible Cause 1

The checked Organization Unit (OU) to be added to the workflow is checked from the Environment at the sub-OU.

Possible Cause 2

The checked Organization Unit (OU) to be added to the workflow is not checked from the Environment at the Root Directory.
Resolution

Please perform the following steps to alleviate the issue:

1) Make sure the agent is online and updated, Domain Controller is accessible for the respective environment and Discovery is completed.

Refer to the below sample screenshot

2) Navigate to add OU

Environment>(Select the respected Environment)> Settings> Organizational Units > Add (then from the Directory select the OU that you are required to work on)

** if it is a sub OU, kindly extract the OU and click on the checkbox on the respective OU.

** Check "INCLUDE ALL SUB OUS" if the sub OU is required to be enabled

3) Click on OK

4) Click on Save

5) Navigate to workflow and update the required workflow, the OU that is required to be added should be able to be checked now.

***Alternately, please make sure to extract the Sub OU that you are required to add in the workflow.
