Using SmartDisk and the MediaDatabase needs to be replaced.
Corrupted Media database and the steps in Solution SOL79428: "How to use the nvmeddbcheck utility to check and compact the media database" failed to resolve the issue with the corrupt MediaDatabase.
To replace the media database when using SmartDisk
On steps 5 & 6 we suggest that you do not delete the file, but to rename. If you delete the file there is no going back in case of any issues. The files can be deleted later when everything is properly working again.
