vRanger task log reveals following error message: "Error: API Call failed with message: An error occurred while saving the snapshot"

원인
Freeze.bat file that is required for a successful Quiesced snapshot to be taken, is not located at the correct location. -
해결 방안
Move Freeze.bat file from "C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Tools\backupscripts.d" to "C:\Windows"
Test a Quiesced snapshot in vSphere by using the following settings in the Snapshot Manager:
